Egraduate College has partnered with Accredited Skills for Industry (ASFI) to support workforce development across various industries in developing countries throughout Africa and Asia. This collaboration aims to bridge the growing gap between academic qualifications and real-world workplace demands by equipping the existing workforce with practical, job-ready skills.

Through accessible online courses in administrative management, commercial management, operations, human resources, performance, and workplace management, the partnership empowers employees to enhance their capabilities. These targeted upskilling efforts are designed to boost employee retention, improve customer service and satisfaction, align with employee expectations, and ultimately strengthen business performance and profitability.

Formed in 2010 by Walsall College as an Ofqual-regulated awarding organisation, ASFI is at the forefront of skills development in developing countries; supporting businesses, transforming the economy and changing the lives of people.

ASFI helps training organisations to identify skills gaps across industry sectors and creates accredited programmes that meet the aspirations of both the individual and the sector.
